What does that mean?  

 

A General Notary is a Public Notary, and I am Mobile when needed.  As a Mobile Notary, I can come to you so that I can meet you somewhere or I can come to your home or office. A General Notary can help you with any legal documents, but I cannot do any Loan Signing packages until I am certified TBA.
